Weatherall Builders Inc was established in 2013, initially operating as a small custom contracting company specializing in framing and concrete work. In 2014, Weatherall Builders took on its first custom home project in Sidney, MT, and secured additional custom home projects before transitioning to the high-end, volume-production home building we perform today.

Founder and President
With construction industry experience dating back to 2002, Jon assumes primary responsibility for the company's operations and management. In this role, he maintains close collaboration with developers, the city building department, trade partners, and suppliers.
Project Manager/Warranty Manager
As a project manager and the Weatherall Builders' warranty manager, Bil oversees home construction projects from interior painting through completion and the warranty process, ensuring post-move-in care for our customers. He also leads the Quality Control team and collaborates with subcontractors and city inspectors to ensure that every project meets the company's exacting standards at each stage of the process.
Project Manager
Steve brings over 40 years of hands-on management experience to Weatherall Builders. As Project Manager, he oversees all single-family home and condominium construction. He coordinates schedules, subcontractors, and inspections while ensuring quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and clear communication throughout the build process. His professional experience includes a background in facility operations, environmental compliance, and real estate property management.
Accounting Manager
Anna's pivotal role as the accounting manager for Weatherall Builders includes monitoring financial transactions and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, her proficiency in bookkeeping enables her to manage the company's financial affairs using QuickBooks.
